We offer group discounts that make it easy to ride with your group, plus standard ticket savings and seasonal promotions throughout the year. Whether you’re bringing a few friends or a full crowd, our group packages help you create a fun experience in Wisconsin Dells.

What We Offer

Perfect for holiday parties, school and group trips, team building events, non-profit outings, family reunions, and bachelor or bachelorette celebrations. Bring your group together for one of the most fun things to do in Wisconsin Dells, with special group discounts and seasonal deals available.

Group Pricing:

  • Groups of 8-15: 10% discount  (single items only)

  • Groups of 16-25: 15% discount (single items only)

  • Groups of 26-45: 20% discount (single items only)

  • Non-profits groups of 10+: 25% discount (Includes sports teams, school groups, and youth programs)

Event Space: 

  • Chairs and tables are available for you to use.

  • Food and drinks are not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. 

Purchase Terms:

  • May only be purchased in-person

Booking Information:

  • Email info@wisconsindellsmountaincoaster.com with the following information:

    • Your group name

    • Preferred date and time

    • Number of teens/adults (ages 13+)

    • Number of youth (ages 3-12).​

  • A minimum of 8 riders is required for group rates.

  • All guests MUST sign waiver at arrival.

  • Expect varying wait times depending on crowd size.

  • Discounts are available only on:

    • Single Ride Tickets

    • Single Gem Mining Bags

  • Discounts do not apply to Adventure Bundle, 3x3 Combo, Discovery Bundle, Ultimate 3 Ride Package, or any other discounted package, as these products already offer significant built-in savings.

Event happening at the Wisconsin Dells Mountain Coaster

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event booking will forfeit 100% of the payment price.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Hourly Park Rentals

(October - April) 

Pricing:

  • 8-15 Riders: $64 per adult & $54 per child

  • 15-25 Riders: $54 per adult & $44 per child

  • 26-35 Riders: $40 per adult & $30 per child

Booking Information:

  • 1 hour of unlimited Alpine Coaster rides!

  • A minimum of 8 riders for discounted rates.

  • Reservations must be made 7 days in advance to secure proper staffing.

  • Groups should arrive 20 minutes early to complete payment and get settled.

Payment Terms

  • A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking (card payments only).
