Can my child ride alone?
Kids must be at least 56 inches tall to ride solo, no matter their age.

 

Which ticket should I buy for my child?

 - Child Ticket: Ages 3–12

- Adult Ticket: Ages 13 and up

Can two adults ride together?
Sorry, no — two adults (both over 56") aren’t allowed to ride in the same sled.

 

Can pregnant guests ride the Mountain Coaster?
For safety reasons, pregnant guests cannot ride the coaster.

 

Is there a weight limit?
Yes.

• Max combined weight: 375 lbs (dry)

• 330 lbs (wet conditions)

Do you offer any specials?
We do! Military, first responders, locals, and groups can get special rates. These offers are available only at the ticket window. Email us at info@wisconsindellscoaster.com for group info.

Do tickets expire?
No rush — tickets are good for one year from purchase.

 

Can I buy tickets online?
Absolutely! Just keep in mind that any special discounts are only offered in person at the ticket window.

 

Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, everyone must sign a waiver. Minors need a parent or guardian’s signature.

How long is the ride?
It lasts about 7–10 minutes depending on your speed.

 

How fast does it go?
You can reach speeds of up to 27 MPH!

 

Can I bring my phone to record the ride?
No phones or loose items allowed — both hands must stay on the handles. If your phone falls off, there’s a $100 retrieval fee, and we can only search for it during the next morning’s inspection.
